By placing an order through Amoura Jewels  you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (United States) country.

A60-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

BRETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at amouraservice23@gmail.com or call us at +1 3238617724. If your return is accepted, We’ll provide you a return label to send the product back to our offices. The inspection could take around 1-7 business days. as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You must ship it back at your own return shipping expense, After that, you’ll receive a new product. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CDAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

Orders for customized items cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please ensure all details and specifications are accurate before submitting your order.

Due to the personalized nature of customized items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been delivered.

If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, please contact us immediately after receiving the items, and we will address the issue accordingly.
